Curriculum Update

In reading, we are continuing to work on the strategy of questioning.� There will be a Read 4 Today assessment on Friday.

In Language Arts, we are working on nouns, and finding the main idea. There will be a DOL assessment on capitalization and punctuation on Friday.

In Spelling, we are continuing to work on homophones and suffixes.� There will be a Sitton Spelling Assessment on Friday.

In math, we will begin our unit on subtraction with and without regrouping.� There will be a Math 4 Today assessment on Friday.

Our next science unit will be on Motion.� The poem will still be Energy Rap.� There will be a vocabulary test on Friday.
