Hi iapos;m new to this community, but feel like iapos;ve already fitted in. I really donapos;t like my boody, and am soo unbelievably fat and i canapos;t seem to keep up diets or fasting. I�last for like 3 days then i binge.. Any suggestions please???

Are there any good diets you guys are on that work, and iapos;m quite hoping for a weight to work to for by a certain date??

Today was a long-awaited day:

�����Well, technically the anniversary was yesterday, but I chose Friday as the day to celebrate my 10th service anniversary at work. Wow, 10 years already. Didnapos;t help when my coworker Corey told me he was 12 years old when I started my job

�����But really, Iapos;ve been looking forward to this for a long time. Not just for the fun of a party with punch and coffee and cookies and brownies, or that I do NOT have to make a speech at it, either.

�����And it was a treat to get a beautiful flower arrangement from my boss. And a bag of 3-way popcorn from Dawn (donapos;t ask how much of it Iapos;ve already eaten ;) and going out to lunch next week with Shelley and Kathy, nor can I forget the stack of work from Kyle

�����Most of all, the reason Iapos;ve been looking forward to this date for so long is because of the $100 gift certificate that comes with it. (5 years brings a pen set, whoopee.) I had my choice picked out months in advance--spending spree at Borders, here I come

�����But actually, once the final certificate arrives in my mailbox, I donapos;t plan to use it until November 17, since I want to get Wall-E when it comes out on DVD. Iapos;ve waited 10 years already, whatapos;s another month =)

I am sure looking forward to it...and I canapos;t believe itapos;s already been a full decade.

Curriculum Update

In reading, we are continuing to work on the strategy of questioning.� There will be a Read 4 Today assessment on Friday.

In Language Arts, we are working on nouns, and finding the main idea. There will be a DOL assessment on capitalization and punctuation on Friday.

In Spelling, we are continuing to work on homophones and suffixes.� There will be a Sitton Spelling Assessment on Friday.

In math, we will begin our unit on subtraction with and without regrouping.� There will be a Math 4 Today assessment on Friday.

Our next science unit will be on Motion.� The poem will still be Energy Rap.� There will be a vocabulary test on Friday.

I just found out that iapos;ve made countless of grammatical errors in most of the previous posts.
*reading hard to ensure no errors.

now you know how zonked out i always were when i came online.

iapos;m not getting things done.
i havent�purchase a�earpiece,
iapos;ve been telling myself to go get some pens in case i run out of them,
i havent done so.

the result of being so disorganised,
a bag full of papers rendering finding of notes very difficult.
and iapos;m always carrying irrelevant things to school (with reference to the lessons iapos;m having).
now? shoulder aches occasionally.

iapos;m wondering how long will the Crumpler last.
